Transgression Shop has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Fulfilment

We do our best to keep our website up to date and all goods displayed should be available and in stock. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you within 3 working days. Payment is not taken from your credit card until stock has been checked and the order is ready for shipping. In the unlikely event of an ordered item being out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible by emailing you.

Once you have placed an order with Transgression Shop an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched. It is important that you give us a valid e-mail address so you can receive these e-mails.

Orders received before 1pm will normally be despatched the same day.

Cancellation of orders

Unfortunately, given the nature of electronic commerce, it is not possible to cancel an order placed on the Web site. If you are unhappy with your goods once they arrived you are entitled to returns goods for a refund or replacement. Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, UK consumers have the legal right to cancel their order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Pre-orders

Where an item is marked as "Available for pre-order" an expected delivery date will be shown. If you order the goods, they will be dispatched as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. We will not take payment for the item until it is dispatched to you.

Payment and Security

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to process payments from American Express.

For your security, all our credit card transactions are processed by Sagepay. Sagepay ensure that any card details sent by you are encrypted and held securely. No one else, including us, has access to your credit card details.

Delivery Rates and Times

RATES FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY:

FREE DELIVERY:
Delivery is FREE on purchases of any BMX bike. You may add additional items to your order and these will also be shipped to you free of charge. Simply add your bike of choice to your basket along with anything else you might require and the delivery charge will automatically default to nil, gratis, FREE!

STANDARD DELIVERY:
We aim to keep our customers happy and our delivery charges low. We have a standard delivery charge of ?4.50 for any shipment any size!

We use a courier to get your goods to you safely and on time. Orders will be shipped to reach the customer within 2-3 working days and must be signed for so please make sure there will be someone available at your delivery address. Orders received after 1pm will be processed on the next working day. Working Days are Monday to Friday, Saturdays and Sundays are not included and neither are UK Bank Holidays. Any order placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on Monday (Unless in the case of a Bank Holiday where your goods will be despatched on the next available working day).

Once you have placed an order with Transgression Shop an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched and giving you an estimated date for delivery. It is important that you give us a valid e-mail address so you can receive these e-mails.

Pricing

All products on transgressionshop website are priced in GB Pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

Returns Policy

Our Buyers Guides should make ordering the perfect goods easy first time! However we understand that all kids are different. Should your goods arrive and you find that they are not the right size or what was expected, we are happy to refund or replace as long as the following conditions have been met;

RETURNS

Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Additionally for clothing tags must remain intact, clothing must be returned in an unworn, unwashed condition.

Please complete the Returns Slip that is attached to your Delivery Note and return this with your parcel. Goods received without a Returns Slip may not be processed as we will not have your details.

Post your goods back to us ensuring that you have used a recorded and where required insured method of delivery.

Once received, we will email you to confirm the return and refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Some payments may take up to ten working days to process.

IMPORTANT: You will be required to pay postage when returning items to us and we recommend that you send parcels by a recorded and where required for more expensive items, insured method of delivery. We cannot be held liable for returns that become lost or damaged in transition to us.

EXCHANGES

Please follow the above Returns procedure indicating on your Returns Slip that you would like an exchange. Shipping on all replacement items is FREE.

To exchange an item, simply specify the new size/item you require on the Returns Slip.

Package and post your goods back to us ensuring that you have used a recorded and where required insured method of delivery.

Once received, we will email you to confirm the return and that your replacement item has been posted to you free of charge.

IMPORTANT: You will be required to pay postage when returning items to us and we recommend that you send parcels by a recorded and where required for more expensive items, insured method of delivery. We cannot be held liable for returns that become lost or damaged in transition to us.

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

Complete Set-ups/Decks:- Snapped or cracked boards usually occur when your foot is in the wrong position when landing a trick or grab. Unfortunately, if this happens, Transgression Shop can not replace your broken board or a board with pressure cracks.

Privacy Policy

Here at Transgression Shop we are dedicated to protecting your privacy. When you place an order with Transgression Shop you will need to supply us with your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address, a password and payment card information. Your e-mail address and password are to be used to access the 'My Account' area. Please keep these details safe.

In addition you will be able choose to opt in to receiving further catalogues and other Transgression Shop promotional material, e-mail newsletters and special offers from Transgression Shop partner companies. If at any time you no longer want to continue receiving material from Transgression Shop, please log in to the 'My Account' section and uncheck the opt-in boxes. Alternatively if you phone the Customer Services Team (Monday to Friday 10am-4pm) we can do this for you.

Secondly, if you receive an e-mail newsletter you can also 'unsubscribe' by clicking on the link at the end of each e-mail. We endeavour to remove all e-mail opt-outs within 3 working days. Transgression Shop will not disclose your details to any third party without your permission. In order to improve customer service and ease of Web site use we will observe customer traffic patterns, purchase data and Web site use. Transgression Shop abide by the Data Protection Act 1998.

Security

Transgression Shop takes your security seriously. We use the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) software encryption technology. This means that information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be accessed by anybody other than us. Even if anybody could access this data it would be corrupted and appear illegible. We also use AVS (Address Verification System) and are fully PCI Compliant.

Your name and address will be held on the servers but your payment card details will not. Once payment card details have been validated and approved these will be deleted. Although this means that you will need to input your details for each order it only takes a minute and makes it completely safe to order online with us. Placing your order with Transgression Shop is as safe as placing it in store.
