Our Buyers Guides should make ordering the perfect goods easy?first time! However we understand that all kids are different. Should your goods arrive and you find that they are not the right size or what was expected, we are happy to refund or replace as long as the following conditions have been met;
RETURNS
Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Additionally for clothing tags must remain intact, clothing must be returned in an unworn, unwashed condition.
Please complete the Returns Slip that is attached to your Delivery Note and return this with your parcel. Goods received without a Returns Slip may not be processed as we will not have your details.
Post your goods back to us ensuring that you have used a recorded and where required insured method of delivery.
Once received, we will email you to confirm the return and refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Some payments may take up to ten working days to process.
IMPORTANT: You will be required to pay postage when returning items to us and we recommend that you send parcels by a recorded and where required for more expensive items, insured method of delivery. We cannot be held liable for returns that become lost or damaged in transition to us.
EXCHANGES
Please follow the above Returns procedure indicating on your Returns Slip that you would like an exchange. Shipping on all replacement items is FREE.
To exchange an item, simply specify the new size/item you require on the Returns Slip.
Package and post your goods back to us ensuring that you have used a recorded and where required insured method of delivery.
Once received, we will email you to confirm the return and that your replacement item has been posted to you free of charge.

FAULTY ITEMS
Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
Complete Set-ups/Decks:- Snapped or cracked boards usually occur when your foot is in the wrong position when landing a trick or grab. Unfortunately, if this happens, Transgression Shop can not replace your broken board or a board with pressure cracks.
