Transgression Shop has been founded by the owners of Transgression Park, Edinburgh's premier indoor skate park.

Transgression Park is a wonderland of ramps, bowls and ledges catering for BMX, skateboarding, rollerblading and scooters. Located on the top floor of Ocean Terminal shopping Centre in Edinburgh, Transgression offers you the chance to hire bikes, blades, boards and scooters and even take lessons to get you started! We've used our experience in running the park and the workshop attached to bring you the best products available on the market. We know which goods can take the heat in a skatepark environment and give you hours of fun outside of the park too!

We know what the kids want and like to skate and ride (they tell us in no uncertain terms!). We understand that it can be daunting for parents when faced with such an array of kit to know just what to buy. We listened to the kids and parents in our park and have come up with Buyers Guides and top tips so you'll make sure that you get just the right thing for your hard earned cash!

Our aim is to educate and inform you, so that you can feel confident that you've made the right purchase. We don't want to bombard you with technical terms (though those are available too!) we just want to tell you straight so you can decide if something is suitable for you.
